It is a requirement that you speak Norwegian fluently.
Key responsibilitiesThis is a full-time role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in either Oslo or Copenhagen. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Own our three pillars of Customer Success: Project Management, Product Configuration, and Account Management.

Lead and execute large-scale implementation projects from start to finish using the SameSystem processes and project methodology

Strategically guide clients in maximizing product value across their operations

Be an advisor to clients and proactively engage in strategic discussions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences

Be a key player in churn prevention, upselling, and SameSystem know-how

Ensure happy clients!

Proven experience in customer success, project management, and enterprise account management

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, oversee complex projects, and deliver on time.

Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic outcomes

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Experience with SaaS platforms and data-driven decision-making

Fluency in Norwegian and English

Bonus points for a deep understanding of retail operations
