Country Sales & Solution Manager, Norway

We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about delivering results and continuously raising the bar.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position us for long-term success.

You will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function while fostering a culture where people can thrive and develop.

Your Responsibilities

Drive the development and execution of ambitious sales and marketing strategies, with clear ownership of growth, profitability, and market expansion

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results, while building a positive, high-performing team culture

Identify new business opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure a strong and competitive market position

Define and follow up on KPIs such as sales growth, pricing, and portfolio mix, turning insights into actionable improvements

• Define and execute commercial strategies

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize business impact

Champion a mindset of continuous improvement---encouraging new ideas, learning, and smart risk-taking

Your background

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of delivering growth and building lasting customer relationships

A results-oriented mindset combined with strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders

Fluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian -- orally and written
