KSAT seeks Head of Innovation Management!

KSAT is looking for a new leader of our Innovation Management team. As Head of Innovation at KSAT you will have the opportunity to drive the innovation function in an international technology company in growth. You will lead a competent and experienced team and have the overall responsibility for business development and innovation.

Your job will be to systematically explore new areas of growth in existing and new markets through internal development as well as opportunities in collaboration with partners and customers.

• Develop and implement innovation strategies that drive growth and competitiveness with both short & long term focus.
• Work with organization and departments to facilitate and stimulate for
  innovation. Capture ideas and support business assessment and business plan development.
• Drive initiatives across departments to identify and build integrated solutions across business lines.
• Evaluate strategic business partnerships including M&A targets in order to strengthen KSAT's value proposition in current and new business areas.

• A strong business acumen and able to foresee market trends
• Strategic thinking skills, aligning innovation with the company overall business strategy
• A good understanding of the space industry, either working with it or in it, is an advantage.
• Leadership skills and capability to foster a collaborative environment
• Proven track record of driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer-centricity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
