Finance Director Supply Chain

Supply Chain Finance Director Orkla Snacks | PortCo Finance | Location: [Oslo / Nordic / Baltics]

Orkla Snacks is in an exciting phase of development, bringing key functions such as R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain together under a new operating model. This creates new ways of working and strong opportunities to improve performance, cost competitiveness, and decision-making across the value chain.

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Finance Director to play a key role in developing a high-performing and competitive Supply Chain. The role works closely with the Orkla Snacks COO and is part of the Supply Chain Management team as well as the PortCo Finance, IT & GRC management team.

The role

You will provide strong financial leadership to the Supply Chain by ensuring transparent insights, challenging performance, and driving improvements. You will be a key contributor to the Supply Chain strategy and to cost competitiveness initiatives, while further developing Supply Chain Controlling across Orkla Snacks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up, including CapEx
• Analyze performance and KPIs and drive improvement actions
• Act as a strategic and operational partner to the COO
• Co-lead the Supply Chain strategy and cost-out initiatives
• Develop common planning, reporting, and intercompany pricing models
• Ensure robust financial evaluation of Supply Chain investments
• Build and develop a strong Supply Chain Controlling community and lead theSupply Chain controller team located at our different sites

Who we are looking for

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of experience within finance/controlling, preferably in FMCG or across the value chain
• Strong business understanding with hands-on controlling experience
• Solid system and analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, financial systems)
• Experience from Supply Chain transformation is an advantage
• You are a confident, analytical finance leader who builds strong relationships, makes clear decisions, and turns insight into action.
