Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of your assigned product, ensuring quality, structural integrity, and design alignment.

• Take an active role in Designs , Plastic Injection Molding processes , FEA analysis, and mechanical integrity.

• Lead improvement initiatives by assembling and guiding project teams while fostering a collaborative, cross-disciplinary development culture.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, product owners, project managers, and R&D teams to meet project objectives.

We’re seeking candidates with:

• 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical design for manufacturing, assembly, and mass production with adegree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or any related field.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD, FEA simulations, FMEA, ISO GPS, and PLM systems.

• Product Development Experienceprototyping and designing for processes like Injection Modeling, Sheet Metal Stamping, Die Casting using DfA and DfM principles.

• The ability to Thrive in Testing and Improvement, material testing, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement.
