We are now seeking a Marketing Solutions Sales Executive for Europower to join our team in Oslo, selling advertising and sponsorship opportunities on this title.

Your strategic role:

• Drive sponsorship and delegate sales for live and digital events
• Sell advertising across digital and print platforms
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to revenue growth through innovative event formats and media integrations

• Develop and execute sales plans
• Sell advertising, sponsorships, and delegate packages across the portfolio
• Maintain and grow relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and media partners
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategy
• Track performance and contribute to post-event reports

• 3–4 years of B2B Event and / OR Digital Media sales experience
• A consultative, solution-oriented, client-first sales approach
•  Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and digital campaign tools
• Knowledge of the energy and technology markets (preferred)
•  Fluent English and Norwegian

• Strategic thinker with a passion for media innovation
• Comfortable with hybrid event formats and digital sponsorship models
