We are hiring 4 RIB Skippers for Whale Watching in Skjervøy, Norway

Arctic Explorers is looking for 4 experienced and safety-focused RIB skippers for our whale watching operation in Skjervøy, Northern Norway.

Season: 14 October 2026 -- 31 January 2027.

You will be responsible for operating our RIB boats and helping us provide safe, professional and memorable whale watching experiences for international guests.

Requirements:

• D5L

• Valid safety training

• Crisis and passenger management course

• Valid medical certificate

• Safety-focused, responsible and professional

• Comfortable communicating with international guests

• Must live in Skjervøy during the employment period
