We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and service-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Organized and reliable, able to handle multiple tasks.

• Fluent in English (Norwegian or other languages are an advantage).

• Able to drive a manual gearbox car.

• Legally entitled to work and reside in Norway.

• Comfortable working in a seasonal, fast-paced environment.

• Previous hospitality, reception, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required --- training will be provided.

Arbeidsoppgaver

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Clubhouse / Reception & Pro Shop Staff to join our international team for the 2026 season (May -- October). In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and professional service both in the reception and the pro shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins, bookings, and information.

• Handling reservations for golf, accommodation, and other activities.

• Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

• Assisting in the Pro Shop: sales, rentals, restocking, and ensuring the shop is well-presented.

• Coordinating with the Restaurant and Grounds teams to provide a seamless guest experience.

• Providing information about Lofoten Links, the local area, and activities.

• Carrying out daily administrative and reception duties.

• Ensuring the clubhouse and pro shop are tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
