You will help to build stable services with good code. All our team members are senior developers, so we want you to learn from us, as well as bring new ideas and knowledge to the table.

We use AI both in the chatbot, but also on the platform side to help users build content.

🌟 What you will do:

As a Backend & Machine Learning Engineer on the Product team, your job will be to:

Research, develop, and improve.

Continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities.

Be responsible for all the stages of the feature development cycle

Discuss ideas, design, and take part workshops

Coordinate with other teams to deliver features of high complexity

Release features to thousands of users

Talk directly to customers (if you are comfortable with that)

3+ years experience with backend development

Experience with Python and Django; Nodejs or Elixir is a plus

Experience with Postgresql, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases

Commitment to the craft and the collaboration involved. Peer reviewing, and writing robust, reusable, and testable code.

Understanding of scalability and performance

Ability to lead or self-organize a project through the entire feature development life cycle

DevOps

High-level knowledge of AI and ML
