A look at what you will do

Use tech such as Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, AWS Services, CI/CD
Build and maintain Java Spring Boot and Spring Cloud services, used in our integrations
Work on migrating our remaining services from a monolithic to a microservice architecture
Design and implement APIs to ensure smooth service communication
Continuously create exciting new products and features, collaborating closely with colleagues
Write tests at different levels to ensure the quality in your code
Identify and keep track of metrics that tell you how our software is performing
Collaborate closely with colleagues and the business to increase value for our customers and partners
Be creative and brainstorm ideas for ways we can further streamline our development

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably within Java
Excellent knowledge of Java (or similar languages)
Knowledge of Spring Boot is preferable
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and actively improve the quality of the codebase
Give good reviews, and don't shy away from a constructive discussion
