Keep the dishwashing station clean and organized

Wash plates, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen tools quickly and carefully

Make sure chefs always have clean equipment ready.

Support chefs with simple food prep (cutting, peeling, portioning, mixing)

Help with plating food when chefs ask

Unpack and carry deliveries into the kitchen

Check deliveries and tell chefs if something is missing or wrong

Store food safely (put in fridge, freezer, or dry storage)

Keep fridges, freezers, and dry storage clean and tidy

Take out rubbish and recycling when needed

Keep floors clean and safe (mop spills, sweep, etc.)

Follow hygiene and safety rules at all times (wash hands, use gloves, etc.)

Work together with the kitchen team and help wherever needed
