About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech -- nCino Senior Developer to join our innovative team in Oslo. You will report to the Head of Development and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on transformative projects in the banking and financial services domain. Your role will involve delivering end-to-end solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of solutions on the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Drive end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Work with development technologies such as Apex, LWC, REST API, and integration tools.
• Manage release cycles, DevOps processes, and deployment using AutoRABIT.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, including single sign-on and data security.
Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4--6 years of development experience in nCino.
• 6--8 years of working experience in Salesforce.
• Proven experience with end-to-end development and deployment on nCino.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce components.
• Integration experience with REST APIs and Salesforce.com background systems.
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, APEX classes, APIs, and AppExchange deployments.
• Experience in Banking & Commercial Lending domains is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities, with experience working in Agile environments.

Good-to-Have

• nCino 201 / 301 Certification.
• Salesforce PD1 Certification.
