Junior Content Specialist / Copywriter

Bonzer is a specialized SEO (Search Engine Optimization) agency helping businesses grow their online presence across Google and AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Copilot. We’re experts in tailoring organic growth strategies that combine strong SEO fundamentals with the latest developments in search and AI technology - always aligned with each client’s unique goals and ambitions.

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our team in Oslo. As our new Junior Content Specialist, you will create content for some of the most exciting companies in Scandinavia.

Together with your team, which consists of passionate people-first colleagues, you are expected to write inspiring and high-quality content that both readers and search engines love. This role is focused on content writing, therefore having a passion for writing is a must to thrive as a Junior Content Specialist. 

• Content Writing / Counseling: You write and advise on content for our clients based on the strategies created. This is typically based on briefs and can be in formats of blog posts, category descriptions, product descriptions, landing pages, in general, all possible formats that need written content. 

• Creative Content: We work with different genres of content. Everything from text to visuals. Creative content could be content formats that include visuals like images, infographics, and formats that in general can increase the content depth other than only text.

• Content Strategy: Based on overall strategies, you help define the content plan and content strategy based on data/user insights. These strategies you’ll use to create content that meets the search intent the client seeks to meet in AI search and classic search.

• Content Analysis: You do content analysis work to create the best possible content pieces and strategies. This includes doing SEO research and finding the data you’ll need to create performance-based content.

• Digital PR: Based on client strategies, you support in creating press releases and help in the outreach process to increase brand awareness.

To thrive in this role, you have to love the art of writing, as this is the foundation of the role. You have a flair for understanding different tones of voice and catching the attention of the desired reader. You possess excellent Norwegian and English language skills. 

It is not required for you to have extensive experience in SEO, though it requires a strong willingness to learn and a curious mindset. We will make sure that you get the right support and professional training required to succeed in the role. This role is the right fit if you thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Since our work is delivered externally, a strong sense of customer service is also important.
