A look at what you will do

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality software design and architecture
• Implement and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Oversee the technical aspects together with Product Managers , including effort estimation and timeline management for new product development.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• See the big picture and long term solutions while enjoying being hands on and building things yourself
• Be creative and brainstorm ideas for ways we can further streamline our development
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the technical integrity of solutions
• Be a role model for colleagues fostering their professional growth and development
• Share knowledge, experience and information effectively through oral and written communication

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development and preferably previous TL experience
• Skilled and experienced in Javaor similar languages
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Being able to give good reviews, and don't shy away from a constructive discussion
• Be a curious engineer and proactive in your ways of working
• Actively engage in fostering a great team culture
• Be open-minded and cooperate well with others departments
