We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting as soon as possible. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and love showcasing authentic Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you!

🔍 What We Look For

• A deep passion for cooking and Italian culinary traditions
• Experience from similar positions
• Ability to execute according to specified routines and profitability goals
• Experience in daily mise en place and meal preparation
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
• Strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork within the kitchen and across departments
• Fluent in Norwegian or English

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create delicious and high-quality pizza in line with our restaurant concept
• Prepare meals for dinners, and special events
• Follow established guidelines for ingredient management and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation with service staff, bar, and other departments
• Contribute to a positive work environment and assist colleagues when needed
• Work evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule
• Ordering and organizing deliveries
