We are looking for a senior professional who combines a structured, strategic mindset with the ability to take part in hands-on development work.
This is a central and strategically important role, where you will contribute to developing Axess’ maintenance management capability --- from refining methodology and digital integration to building a sustainable organization for future growth.You’ll work closely with technical and digital experts across the Axess Group and have the opportunity to collaborate internationally as we roll out best practices in maintenance and integrity management across regions.

You will play an important part in developing and positioning Axess’ Maintenance Management & Advisoryoffering -- combining technical execution, analysis, and advisory work in close cooperation with our digital and integrity teams.

Develop and implement maintenance management methodologies and improvement programs across different project phases -- from new asset start-up to life extension and modification projects

Conduct analyses and advisory services related to strategy, criticality, optimization and risk-based maintenance

Collaborate with Axess Digital to integrate data-driven insights, digital twins and visualization tools into maintenance management strategies

Use digitally enabled inspection and integrity solutions to enhance traditional service delivery and create measurable value for clients

Participate in client projects and represent Axess in international collaboration and competence exchange

Contribute to Axess’ ESG and sustainability goals by promoting smarter, safer and more resource-efficient maintenance solutions

Some travel should be expected, both domestically and internationally, as part of client projects and collaboration across Axess locations

We believe you have
-
Around 10 years of experience from maintenance management or asset integrity --- from new asset operations to life extension projects

A strong background in maintenance strategy, reliability engineering, or asset performance management
-
Experience from oil and gas, but we are also interested in candidates from aviation, maritime, process and energy industries

Strong analytical skills combined with practical understanding of industrial operations

Motivation to help shape and develop a growing competence area with international reach
