About the roleTo continue demonstrating our integrity and mission to deliver quality we are seeking a highly motivated quality manager to join Nemko Group Services (NGS) at our headquarter at Lysaker.
The Nemko Group operates its certification services globally therefore the Quality Manager will have the opportunity to be a key participant in the growth of the department and bring forward ideas on developing the Quality Management System to support our commitment to quality.
Key responsibilities- Ensuring the quality management system is implemented according to Nemko Group Global policies according to ISO/IEC 17065
- Monitoring implementation of the Certification Body’s quality management system according to ISO/IEC 17065
- Plan and implement an effective internal audit programme.
- Primary liaison with accrediting and recognizing agencies.
- Maintenance of accreditations activities
- Quality system training of staff
- Performing and reporting on audits
- Ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Training audit staff
- Organizing and documenting the management review
- Organizing and ensuring effective operation of the impartiality committee
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Professional competence
- Broad experience with quality systems and performing audits (such as ISO/IEC 17065 and/or ISO/IEC 17025, and/or ISO/IEC 17020)
- Motivated by following through on compliance with certification procedures and accreditation requirements.
- Driven by a continuous improvement mindset.
- An effective communicator capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to be objective with regards to compliance and seek improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the certification body
