About the Role

We are currently looking for Norwegian-speaking Travel Advisors to join our team in Warsaw. You will be providing top-tier customer support to premium travelers of one of the Nordic region’s leading airlines – SAS. Your role will include assisting customers with bookings, payments, loyalty programs, and solving travel-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

    Act as the first point of contact for SAS premium customers
    Provide advice on flights, products, and online services
    Manage bookings, payments, and customer requests
    Assist travelers with any issues that may arise
    Communicate professionally via phone and chat
    Build trust and foster long-term customer relationships

Requirements

    Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken – C1 level)
    Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
    Enjoy working in an international team environment
    Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Warsaw
