Duties and responsibilities
We’re now looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our projects on course, collaborating with colleagues across departments to solve challenges, streamline processes, and make an impact every day. - Develop schedules containing all agreed activities, deliverables and milestones
- Maintain and manage date changes and progress, support Project Management in managing schedules
- Compile Progress Reports, detailed plans and commissioning programs, notifying the Project Team of deviations and potential issues
- Follow-up the hour budgets and deviations
Qualifications
The experienced candidate has:
- Experience from the shipbuilding industry
- Knowledge of Project Planning Management practices
- Experience with planning systems, such as Primavera P6 is an advantage
Both experienced and recent graduates have:
- Relevant education in an engineering or technical discipline (Bsc/Msc level)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially excel
Personal qualities
- Structured and accurate
- Good analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to issues
- Good communication and presentational skills when dealing with project staff and clients
- Self-motivated with sound interpersonal skills
- Good cooperative skills
