Marketing manager -- 12 month parental leave cover

Qondor is a growing Norwegian SaaS company with big ambitions. Our platform is the operating system for meetings and events agencies and travel management companies, used by BCD Meetings & Events, Reed-Mackay, FCM and many more. We're scaling, and this year we launched our first AI agent. There's a lot to build, and it's an exciting time to join.

The role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave, starting March 2027. You'll run our paid and organic media, ABM programme, website, SEO, webinars and events. You'll report to our Head of Sales, plan the work together, build it yourself and report on results.

What you'll do Paid and organic media

• Run our paid plan across four tracks: ABM, brand, Google search and retargeting

• Plan, write, design and build ads in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

• Test, optimise and manage budgets across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the UK

• Report from click to pipeline in HubSpot

• Run the Qondor LinkedIn company page with a steady posting plan

ABM programme

• Run our ABM programme with sales across our top 100 target accounts

• Plan activity aimed at their buying committees, and track engagement and pipeline by account

Website, SEO and AI search

• Build and update pages, landing pages and forms in HubSpot CMS

• Improve SEO and make our content easy for AI answer engines to find and quote

• Track rankings, organic traffic and AI visibility

• Write articles, landing page copy, ad copy and social copy

Webinars and events

• Plan and promote webinars, from topic and speakers to follow-up

• Support trade shows and events, such as IBTM World, with coordination, content and follow-up, and make sure leads reach sales

What we're looking for Must have

• 2 - 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• SEO experience across technical, on-page and content

• Strong written English, from long articles to short headlines

• Hands-on experience with a CMS, ideally HubSpot

• Can design simple ad creative and social posts in Canva, Figma or Claude Design

• Experience planning and promoting webinars or events

Nice to have

• Experience with AEO or generative engine optimisation

• Other ad platforms, such as Meta or account-based ad tools

• Account-based marketing experience

• B2B SaaS experience, or a background in event or travel management

• Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
