What we’re looking forWe are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent across various departments. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate will proactively source and engage talent, conduct structured interviews, and provide consultative support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Strong communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to adapt to changing needs are essential. You’ll also contribute to employer branding efforts and help position the company as an attractive workplace for top talent.
Responsibilities-
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Effective and efficient vendor management, adhering to local policies and procedures.

Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Stay updated on labour market trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the Norwegian and Swedish markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (5+ years preferred).

Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.

Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
