Join Our Kitchen Team at Bjørk – Bodø, Norway

At Bjørk Restaurant, we bring people together over great food in the very heart of Bodø. Our kitchen blends Nordic ingredients with Italian inspiration — from wood-fired pizzas and fresh fish to flavorful meat dishes and seasonal creations.

We are now looking for a Chef who loves cooking and wants to be part of a dedicated, friendly team.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing hot and cold dishes with care and creativity
• Taking charge of mise en place and keeping things running smoothly
• Helping shape our menu with fresh ideas
• Making sure every plate looks and tastes its best
• Keeping hygiene and safety standards top-notch (HACCP)
• Supporting with ordering and stock when needed
• Working closely with your teammates in both kitchen and service to create great guest experiences

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience in à la carte dining
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety routines
• Comfortable speaking Scandinavian languages and/or English
• Valid work permit for Europe
