Offshore Personnel Coordinator \| Golar LNG

Golar LNG is looking for an Offshore Personnel Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience to join our Offshore Personnel team in Oslo.

In this role, you will help ensure the day-to-day administration and coordination of offshore personnel across Golar’s assets. You will play a part in people administration, travel coordination, documentation follow-up, payroll input, recruitment and training coordination. This position offers a broad range of responsibilities and close collaboration with colleagues across the business.

Main responsibilities:

• Personnel administration:
  Maintain and update offshore personnel records in Dynamics 365, prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Offshore Personnel team.

• Offshore Personnel coordination:
  Coordinate travel arrangements for offshore personnel and support rotation change activities.

• Documentation & compliance:
  Ensure that certificates, medicals, training records and other personnel documentation are valid and up to date.

• Payroll support:
  Prepare and coordinate payroll input related to offshore crew changes, leave, absences and travel costs.

• Recruitment & training support:
  Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate administration, and assist with training initiatives and trainee programmes for offshore personnel.

Who we are looking for

• Around 1--4 years of experience in personnel administration, HR, or a coordinating role, preferably from the oil and gas or maritime industry

• Relevant education within HR, administration, business, or a related field

• Strong system skills and an interest in digital tools and processes, with the willingness to become a superuser in Dynamics 365

• Good administrative and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
