Take ownership of innovative customer projects and lead cross-functional delivery teams.

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects in a global technology environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff through handover

• Coordinate SME, UX, development, and testing resources across projects

• Manage project scope and commitments, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations

• Work closely with Sales throughout each engagement and support customer-facing activities

• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with processes, releases, and dependencies

• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders

• Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and resource conflicts

• Drive delivery quality and consistency across a growing portfolio of projects

• Report progress and risks to leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, SMEs, or similar functions

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Formal project management training is considered an advantage but is not required

Preferred Experience:

• Software delivery experience

• Experience from the energy, industrial, or technology sectors

• Knowledge of pilot projects, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Proof of Value (PoV) deliveries
