Business Manager

About this opportunity Main scope of the role

• Manage the strategic B2B client relationship aiming to grow the business in terms of fleet, services and margins

• Visit leads and prospects (in the B2B Mid segment by prospecting yourself), present Arval, identify needs and opportunities and propose our offer

• Maximize Client knowledge through a clear decision-makers mapping reflected into CRM

• Convert prospects to clients on the basis of qualified leads resulting into signed framework agreements

• Deliver advices and tangible value to the right prospect/client decision makers by delivering our offer, fleet/business reviews, Company Car Policy advice and TCO savings opportunities

• Portfolio management

• Use Salesforce, follow them up and actively manage the sales pipeline by using conversion ratios and the right sales Key Performance Indicators

• Collaboration with Account Managers, and Acquisition Executives

• Comply properly with all the activities assigned and related to financial security Group Policies, procedures and controls

The team of Business Managers currently consists of 3 people (soon 4!) reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

Relevant experience and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least fours years of successful experience as Key Account Manager with proven successful results

• Operational leasing product knowledge

• MS Office

• Salesforce

• Fluency in Norwegian

• Operational in English
