Waiter, Scandic Hotel Sortland

Do you have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? At Bistro Panorama, Scandic Sortland, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

With one of the best views in Vesterålen, our restaurant combines warm hospitality with high-quality food and drink experiences. As part of our service team, you will play a central role in making every guest feel welcome and well taken care of.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering professional, friendly and attentive service in both restaurant and bar

Presenting food and drinks with knowledge and pride

Handling guest requests and ensuring high satisfaction

Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to secure smooth operations

Following Scandic’s service standards, routines and hygiene requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience from restaurant service (but we can also train the right person)

Enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment

Communicates well in English (Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage)

Is reliable, flexible and a true team player

Has a genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality
