Bergen: Experienced concrete workers wanted – Immediate start, excellent pay

On behalf of a solid client, we now hire skilled concrete workers. You will join one of Bergen’s largest residential projects. 

We look for professionals with strong experience in formwork, reinforcement and concrete work, from large construction or infrastructure projects. 

Our client places great emphasis on high quality, precision, and a strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). 

Experience from international projects or work in demanding environments is an advantage. 

- Experience with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring 

- Good understanding of technical drawings 

- Focus on quality and safety 

- Preferably experience from large-scale projects 

- Must be able to communicate well in Norwegian or English 

This is not a rotational position. However, we offer flexible holiday arrangements, allowing you to take annual leave when needed, subject to agreement with the employer.

You will work Monday to Saturday, and we offer a competitive compensation package including an attractive hourly rate, overtime pay, daily travel allowance, and shift allowance.
