Now we’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor at Home Hotel Aurora in Tromsø who wants to be part of our family, 

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining food safety standards, supervising kitchen staff, and supporting efficient kitchen performance. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen activities and workflow.

• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

• Reduce food waste through proper stock rotation and portion control.

• Food quality and consistency

This is a permanent  100 % with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
