Let us describe the challenge

As Water Linked grows, so does the complexity of keeping materials, components, and finished products moving smoothly through the organization. Production, R&D, and Logistics all depend on having the right goods in the right place at the right time, supported by accurate inventory and reliable warehouse routines.

The challenge is to maintain structure, accuracy, and efficiency while managing incoming goods, production materials, shipments, returns, and requests from different teams. This is where the Warehouse Operator plays an important role, helping us maintain reliable material flow and well-organized warehouse operations as we continue to grow.

What you will do

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day flow of goods and materials through our warehouse. You will work closely with Production, R&D, and Logistics to ensure materials are available when needed, inventory is accurate, and incoming and outgoing goods are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, register, label, and store incoming goods and parcels, including carrying out goods receipt and quality checks in line with established procedures.

  • Pick and kit materials and components for manufacturing and production orders, and support Production and R&D in locating materials when needed.

  • Pack, label, and prepare finished goods, RMA equipment, and loan units for shipment, and coordinate outgoing deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock transactions in Odoo, and participate in stock counts and inventory control activities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for deliveries and monitor warehouse-related correspondence and incoming goods.

  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or non-conforming goods and materials.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse, including responsibility for waste sorting, recycling, hazardous waste handling, and coordination with external waste service providers.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes, routines, and ways of working.

  • Support Production with simple operational tasks when needed.

Who you are

First and foremost, you take pride in doing things properly. You have a strong eye for detail and accuracy, and you approach your work in a structured and organized way. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment where reliability, quality and good teamwork are important to keeping operations running smoothly.

As a person and professional, you are dependable, service-minded and comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks. At the same time, you are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and supporting others when needed. You contribute to a positive working environment by being reliable, helpful and committed to getting the job done well.

  • Vocational certificate in Logistics Operations or equivalent relevant experience

  • Comfortable communicating in English and Norwegian

  • Experience working in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar environment

  • Experience with inventory management and stock control

  • Experience using ERP systems

If you do not tick all the boxes above, do not worry! In our culture of innovation and collaboration, motivation, a goal-oriented mindset and strong soft skills are all factors that weigh in your favour. So, don't let this become a box-ticking exercise.
