Yourway is a high-end adventure travel provider in Norway and the Nordic countries. We are growing and are now looking for more people to join our team!

Our customers are individuals traveling alone, families or smaller groups. They are always looking for the very best travel- and adventure experiences that can be facilitated. Our business is to tailor make and plan their dream vacation, and to make it happen.

The sky is literally the limit for our guests, and our job is to make sure we exceed their expectations. We take our guests to the very best locations, and provide unique and exclusive experiences for them. We are looking for a person to join our team of creative Adventure planners.

**Your role:**You will be a vital part of our team, and your job will be to look after the financial side of the operation. Your talents and skills will define your role and responsibilities beyond the following tasks:

• Ensure correct recording of all financial information and report results

• Verify that project costs are allocated and recorded correctly.

• Responsible for financial management in projects together with project managers, including review, follow-up and control of budgets and forecasts.

• Assist project managers and the rest of the team with financial advice and support.

• Responsible for financial reports

• Ensure that finances and administrative conditions are in line with laws, regulations, agreements and internal guidelines.

In addition it may sometimes be required to follow a project out on the trail. At times you will be one step ahead to prepare the next event. Or you may stay invisible in the shadows making sure everything runs smoothly.

You are:

• an ace with numbers and have solid experience with relevant software like Excel, Tripletex, and similar

• fluent in Norwegian and English

• excellent written and verbal presentation skills

• a responsible, positive and social person

• comfortable in any environment, indoors and outside

• energized by being challenged and trying things you haven't done before

• hands on and always accurate

• thinking ahead

• cold headed problem solver, the unexpected makes you sharp and does not put you on the edge

• holding a driving license

The team as a whole is responsible for:

• building creative adventure concepts

• working with our local partners to create absolutely magical itineraries

• working closely with our global partners to create the best possible guest experiences

• making detailed plans, optional plans and back-up plans

• making sure operational execution runs flawlessly

• making sure everything turns out just a little better than expected
