CNC operator for TOS WHQ 13 CNC boring mill

Experienced CNC Boring Mill Operator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to work with our client's TOS WHQ 13 CNC boring mill equipped with a Heidenhain control system.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate the TOS WHQ 13 CNC boring mill
• Machine large and complex components according to technical drawings
• Perform quality control and dimensional inspections
• Optimize machining processes and ensure efficient production
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably with boring mills or large machining centers
• Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical education or trade certificate is an advantage

Employment Terms

The position is initially offered through a contract arrangement. If the client is satisfied with your performance, they intend to hire you directly after 6 months, or buy out the contract earlier according to the agreement.
