At our Oslo office, you’ll find a friendly, open environment with a great balance between structure and social connection. Scandza is now looking for an S&OP Specialist to strengthen our logistic and planning team in Norway. This role is based in Oslo, and you will report to the Head of Logistics. With around 70 colleagues on-site and close collaboration with sites across Norway, you’ll be part of a diverse, hands-on, and forward-thinking team.
The RoleThe S&OP Specialist is an exciting and varied position with excellent development potential. This is a pivotal role where you will drive and further develop our S&OP process, which is already underway and central to our business. You will play a key part in shaping how we forecast, plan, and connect production and sales, taking a true 360° perspective across the value chain. You will be working in our AI-driven forecasting system Relex which is the core of Scandza’s S&OP process. Relex is the system where you will gather around for forecasting and planning together in close collaboration with the relevant functions in the company.
This hands-on role will allow you to influence, develop, and put your mark on current and future processes within the supply chain organization.
What you will do-
Lead and develop the S&OP process, ensuring it’s forward-looking and effective.

Balance demand planning and analytics activities with strategic/tactical system and process development.

Own and develop our core supply chain process -- Pain & Tail.

Troubleshoot, optimize and drive improvements in forecasting and KPI tools such as Relex and PowerBI.

Lead and participate in development projects within supply chain.

Collaborate with customers supply planner and across teams.

Challenge and improve existing ways of working with a proactive mindset. You’ll have the freedom to try new things and drive change quickly.

What you bring-
3+ years in supply chain, demand, or production planning - FMCG is a plus

Degree in supply chain, economics, or similar. Masters is preferred.

Strong in Excel and PowerBI, with a passion for data and digital tools
