We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the Winter Season 2026/2027.

We are seeking a hospitality professional with a genuine passion for exceptional service and previous experience in high-quality restaurants. This is a varied role requiring confidence, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different service styles while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during busy lunch service in a fast-paced environment

• Provide professional and efficient bar service

• Deliver attentive and knowledgeable service in our fine dining restaurant

• Participate in our exclusive "Chef & Waiter at the Cabin" concept, providing private dining experiences at guests' cabins

• Maintain the highest standards of guest care and professionalism

• Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the service team to ensure an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress

• Proven experience in à la carte and fine dining service

• Previous bar experience is essential

• Experience with wine service is highly desirable

• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude

• A valid driving licence is an advantage
