You will get the opportunity to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the Norwegian market, while also contributing to regional initiatives across the Nordics.

You’ll join a global marketing team of passionate professionals, working together to achieve our goals. We believe in flexibility, autonomy, and continuous learning, and we celebrate wins together. You will be working closely with our Business Development resources across all our Business Areas, but also supporting Group Initiatives such as Investor Relations. In addition, you will collaborate closely with HR to strengthen employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign ownership: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM and customer base initiatives, aligned with global and regional goals.
- Content creation: Develop and localise engaging content in Norwegian and Swedish for digital and offline channels. Develop press releases, media pitches, and PR materials to increase brand visibility and strengthen media relations.
- Event coordination: Manage end-to-end delivery of webinars, trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events. Drive event ROI through effective follow-up and integration into the wider demand generation strategy.
- Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with Arribatec brand guidelines.
- Market research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer insights to support campaign planning.

We’re seeking an experienced colleague who is self-driven yet able to collaborate effectively. Working across departments and locations it is important to be able to build strong relationships, both digitally and through physical presence. Excellent written and verbal communication is key, as well as the ability to adapt tone and message for different audiences and channels.
We believe that the ideal candidate is organized and able to prioritize the workload effectively. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and exploring new ideas, we would love to have a chat! The position of Marketing Manager in Arribatec is strategic, yet hands-on, so it's important that you are able to zoom out to see the big picture, but also dive in to get things done. You take responsibility for your own deliverables and have a proactive approach to identify challenges and propose solutions. Together, we work as a team, support one another, and take initiative when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The role includes a variety of field marketing, partner engagement, and public relations, where the ability to collaborate across departments and balance a diverse set of responsibilities is important.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consultancy, tech, SaaS, or ERP. Preferably in the Nordic market.
- Experience with managing field marketing campaigns and events end-to-end, with measurable results.
- Experience in PR and media relations, including writing press releases and managing media engagement.
- Skilled in content creation, with required fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
- Experience in working across departments to deliver integrated programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
