Chef - Full-Time - Immediate Start

We at Egon Åsane are looking for an engaged and skilled chef to join our team! With us, you’ll be part of a kitchen where we work together to give our guests a complete experience—every single day.

We believe the workday should be varied, and we want all our chefs to take part in different tasks in the kitchen. This promotes professional growth and helps raise quality at every stage. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing à la carte dishes from our menu
• Receiving deliveries and prepping ingredients
• Producing homemade sauces and dressings
• Butchering/cutting meat and other mise en place tasks
• Ensuring good routines for hygiene and food safety (HACCP/IK-mat)

Who are you?

• You have kitchen experience and solid work habits
• You’re responsible, enthusiastic, and enjoy teamwork
• You’re proactive and proud of your craft
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude
• You speak English (if you speak Norwegian that's a big plus!)
