Flavour is a newly opened Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Oslo. Since opening three months ago, we’ve quickly gained a loyal customer base and now hold a Google Review rating of 4.9.Our concept focuses on bringing authentic Chinese flavors to Oslo, with a strong emphasis on Sichuan cuisine and selected classics from other regions. We aim to create a cozy space where people can enjoy real food, great service, and good conversation.We also care about the growth and development of our staff and believe in building a team that can grow together with the company.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

Take charge of the deep fryer, dessert preparation, and steamed dim sum section; Prepare dishes in line with our culinary standards and kitchen efficiency goals; Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times; Ensure cleanliness and good organization in the kitchen and storage areas; Work collaboratively with front-of-house, kitchen, and bar staff; Be available to work evenings and weekends.

✅ Requirements

Experience working in a professional kitchen is required; Familiarity with Asian cuisine is preferred; Comfortable with kitchen equipment and multitasking in a dynamic environment; Basic Norwegian skills are required; understanding some Chinese is a plus.
