We are looking for a Product Analytics Manager to join Ad Product, a cross-functional department shaping the future of advertising across our media brands in Norway and Sweden.
In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our product development process. You will work closely with product managers across categories such as Display, Video, Podcast, Data and Print to uncover insights that inform product strategy, guide decisions, and measure the impact of our initiatives, as well as track the performance of our existing portfolios.
The role reports to the Director of Ad Product.
What you will do

Own, establish and administer sources of truth for KPIs about ad product performance

Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs and product performance (currently in Tableau)

Manage, or contribute in, strategic product-related projects

Conduct deep-dive analyses to support Product Managers identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

Collaborate with our BI team to improve data availability, quality, and accessibility

Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive product and business decisions

Collaborate with pricing managers in NO and SE to set appropriate pricing strategies and rules for Ad Products

Take lead or support Ad Product business processes
Who you are
-
Strong analytical background with experience in a data, analytics, product or project management role

Comfortable working with large datasets using visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau or similar), and potentially SQL and/or Python

Skilled in turning complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations, communicated in a simple, understandable way
-
Curious, collaborative, and eager to understand product development and business impact

Excellent communication skills in Norwegian/Swedish and English
