Sushi Chef wanted

Chi Restaurant & Bar are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious sushi for our guests.

The right candidate should:

• have experience with Japanese cuisine and experience from similar establishments
• be passionate about food and not afraid to experiment with flavours
• be able to work in a hectic ennvironment and fulfill orders within quality standards
• be professional, team-player and service minded
• have knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (IK-mat)
• have a good command of norwegian or english
• have work permit in Norway
