You will guide customers in fully understanding and leveraging our product's capabilities. Leading the onboarding process, you’ll ensure they unlock the full value of every feature. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving adoption and maximizing usage of new features as they are introduced. This role involves extensive customer interaction and close collaboration with our Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless experience from day one.
Responsibilities
Technical Onboarding Management-
Lead a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth customer setup and product familiarity.

Educate customers on product features, best practices, and configurations tailored to their needs.

Provide responsive support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating technical problems as needed.

Serve as the primary contact for support, ensuring fast, high-quality assistance.

Work closely with Product and Tech teams to relay customer feedback and drive improvements.

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Engage with customers proactively to help them maximize product use, providing insights and recommendations.

Identify opportunities to expand accounts by introducing new features or add-ons.

Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding progress, and support documentation.

Report on onboarding metrics, customer satisfaction, and support trends to guide improvements.
Qualifications
Technical Curiosity-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot is helpful for managing customer interactions.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Actively shares feedback to enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
