POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role (3+ years in retail).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage change effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or administration preferred.

  • Knowledge of compliance and customer service best practices.

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian. Fluency in another languages is a significant plus.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Manage stock deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

  • Train, guide, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Prepare and manage staff schedules efficiently to meet business needs.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

  • Monitor performance, conduct appraisals, and support employee development.

  • Coordinate promotions and maintain store appearance to company standards.
