The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead TIND’s marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have two key responsibilities:

Generate more leads and scale demand generation, owning end-to-end paid campaigns, ABM initiatives, and conversion optimization.

Own the marketing dashboard , tracking performance metrics, ROI, CAC, and funnel analytics, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
This role requires a hands-on approach while providing strategic leadership to ensure TIND’s marketing drives measurable business growth. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager on content-driven demand generation, email marketing, and marketing automation to ensure alignment across the full marketing funnel.
We currently generate ~20 sales qualified leads per quarter, primarily via inbound channels. Your key measure is generating more sales qualified leads, as this is critical to further scaling and growing our business. To meet our goals, the number of qualified leads needs to double within the next 18 months.
We are just getting started with performance marketing at TIND, which means there is significant potential to build out processes, campaigns, and strategy from the ground up. You will have freedom and budget to experiment with new growth tactics and channels, making this an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our demand generation efforts.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in all areas of this position. At the minimum, you must have a strong analytical mindset, a good understanding of how paid media works, and have a track record of driving pipeline growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.) --- including ad creation, copywriting, landing page development, and optimization --- to generate high-quality leads.

Own and optimize our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.

Drive conversion optimization across ads, landing pages, and lead capture flows.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations directly to the CEO.

Refine and expand our ICP and buyer personas.

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on content-driven demand gen, lead nurturing and email marketing automation.

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on conference and trade show lead generation.

Experiment with new growth tactics, channels, and technologies, such as cold lead generation.
Qualifications
-
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience with a proven track record of owning demand and lead generation initiatives and driving pipeline growth.

Ideally, deep expertise in at least one of the areas of: paid media , ABM campaign execution and performance marketing.

Experience working in a B2B SaaSenvironment is a strong plus.

Experience working with higher-education customers is a plus.

Proven track record of owning and leading marketing performance metrics, including dashboards, ROI, CAC, CPL, and funnel analytics, and demonstrating measurable impact in previous roles.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, able to identify problems, highlight areas of improvement to the CEO, and propose effective solutions.
