We seek an ambitious Marketing Manager who wants to make a difference and enjoys driving individual work and being a part of a diverse and international team. The work will consist of exciting opportunities to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans aiming to attract new portfolio clients and partners. You will be a part of the commercial team.

• Manage the marketing budget, suggest plans and priorities, and track spending of the different initiatives
• Provide monthly reports to the management team on key marketing-related KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)
• Bring our brand to life through both digital and physical channels
• Turn our achievements into stories to be consumed by both potential customers and potential employees

• Have at least one relevant super-skill that aligns with your passion. Please tell us about your super-skill in the application form and be prepared to demonstrate it during the interview process. Examples of super-skills: Photography, Video editing for SoMe, Writing and storytelling, Layout & Design, Creative high-impact SoMe campaigns, Paid ads campaigns, Building web presence (incl. a high proficiency in front-end coding), etc.
• Be proactive and drive the development of projects and tasks independently
• Have excellent English written communication skills, Norwegian is a great plus
• Provide an existing portfolio of work you have completed (please show us what you have done before!)
• Live in or within commuting distance of Oslo, Norway
• Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing (student/voluntary engagements counts)
• Be familiar with marketing software and tools (please list the tools you are familiar with in the application form)
