Bus Driver – Tromsø Lapland

Tromsø Lapland is looking for reliable and service-minded bus drivers to join our daily tour operations team. As a bus driver with us, you will play an important role in delivering safe, comfortable, and memorable transport for our guests between Tromsø and Breivikeidet.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses between Tromsø city centre and Tromsø Lapland's camp at Breivikeidet (approx. 50 minutes each way)

• Drive scheduled tour routes and guest transfers

• Provide a smooth, safe, and professional experience for passengers

• Follow traffic regulations, company procedures, and safety standards

• Communicate clearly with operations staff and guides

• Ensure punctual departures and arrivals

Working Conditions

• Shift-based work schedule

• Paid breaks between tours

• Fixed routes between Tromsø and Breivikeidet

• Modern vehicles and well-planned operations

Requirements

• Valid EU driving license, class D

• Valid kjøreseddel

• Valid YSK certification

• Professional and responsible driving style

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
