We are currently looking for Summer Interns to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with skilled colleagues, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain practical experience from one of the world's leading shipbuilding companies. Our Summer Internship programme offers opportunities across several companies and disciplines within the VARD Group. Whether your interests lie in engineering, technology, design, business, or support functions, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and collaborate with experienced colleagues in a dynamic maritime environment.
Below is an overview of the Summer Internship opportunities available across the VARD Group:
VARD Design & Engineering -- Machinery, Structural, Electrical, Naval Architecture & Accommodation, and HVAC
VARD Design -- Conceptual Design, Hydro & Stability, and Research & Innovation
VARD Electro -- Software Development, Cyber Security, and the SeaQ portfolio (Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communication & Safety)
Seaonics -- Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Procurement and Control Systems
VARD Interiors-- Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management
During the internship, you will gain valuable insight into day-to-day operations, take part in meaningful assignments, and build your professional network by working alongside experts across the maritime industry.
We also welcome applications from students within Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Cyber Security.
Are you our next Summer Intern?
We are looking for talented and motivated students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Examples include Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, Cyber Security, Finance, Business Administration, HR, and Marketing.
