HSSE Advisor - 14/21 rotation

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSSE Advisor to support operational activities on site. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, while promoting a strong HSSE culture across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSSE support, guidance, and expertise to site leadership, supervisors, and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate and participate in risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective or preventive actions.
• Support the implementation of HSSE initiatives and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver HSSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to personnel on site.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe work practices and effective emergency preparedness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree, diploma, or vocational qualifications in HSSE or related discipline.
• Proven track record in an HSSE role within industrial, energy, or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working in rotational roles or remote site environments is an advantage.
