Arbeidsområder:

Vi har ulike maskiner og prosesser, og søker derfor kandidater til flere områder.

1. CNC-dreiebenk (Okuma) -- Recut og gjenger

• Reparasjon og maskinering av premium gjenger (API, GP, VAM m.fl.)

• Nyproduksjon av gjenger på kundelevert casing og tubing

• Kontrollmåling og dokumentasjon etter strenge kvalitetskrav

• Tett samarbeid med inspeksjon og vedlikehold av borerør

2. CNC-dreiebenk (Okuma og Poreba m/Siemens) -- Nyproduksjon

• Produksjon av komponenter for oljeindustrien

• Arbeid etter tekniske tegninger og produksjonsspesifikasjoner

• Presisjonsarbeid med høye kvalitets- og sikkerhetskrav

3. CNC pipeboring / gundrilling

• Betjening av CNC pipeboremaskin

• Presisjonsboring av rør og komponenter til boreoperasjoner

• Nyproduksjon og dokumentasjon i henhold til standarder

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Fagbrev som CNC-operatør (eller relevant erfaring)

• Behersker norsk eller engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig

• Har forståelse for tekniske tegninger og bruk av måleverktøy

• Er nøyaktig, strukturert og HMS-fokusert

Vi oppfordrer også lærlinger og kandidater som ønsker å ta fagbrev i CNC-faget til å søke.

Gjennom vårt samarbeid med opplæringskontoret kan vi tilby både vanlige lærlingplasser og voksenlærlingplasser. For voksenlærlinger kreves det relevant teknisk bakgrunn

Responsibilities:

We operate several different machines and processes, and are looking for candidates to strengthen our teams in multiple areas:

1. CNC Lathe (Okuma) -- Recut and Threading (Casing/Tubing Department)

• Repair and machining of premium threads (API, GP, VAM, etc.)

• Production of new threads on customer-supplied casing and tubing

• Measurement, inspection, and documentation in line with strict quality requirements

• Close collaboration with inspection and maintenance of drill pipe

2. CNC Lathe (Okuma and Poreba with Siemens) -- New Production

• Production of components for the oil and gas industry

• Work based on technical drawings and production specifications

• High-precision machining with strong focus on quality and safety

3. CNC Pipe Boring / Gundrilling

• Operation of CNC pipe boring machines

• Precision drilling of pipes and components for drilling operations

• New production and documentation in accordance with industry standards

Qualifications:

• Qualified CNC Operator (or relevant experience)

• Proficiency in Norwegian or English, spoken and written

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools

• Accurate, structured, and safety-focused work approach

We also encourage apprentices and candidates aiming to obtain a CNC trade certificate to apply.

Through our collaboration with the Vocational Training Office (Opplæringskontor), we can offer both traditional apprenticeships and apprenticeships for qualified personnel who want to gain a trade certificate as a CNC Operator. For this route, relevant technical background is required.
