As a Planning Master Data Analyst you will be a part of the Master Data & Analytics Team within the Planning organization at Helly Hansen. You will ensure robust data integrity and governance across all planning systems, enabling reliable and consistent decision-making.

- Establish and maintain master data governance for planning-critical attributes (e.g. product hierarchy, safety stock parameters, segmentation, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning data across systems (ERP, Planning tools,) through regular audits, validations, and reconciliations of key fields.
- Update item master fields in ERP and planning systems and establish efficient processes to manage updates in line with deadlines.
- Create new style-color entries in ERP and planning systems by gathering required information from relevant departments and ensuring timely and complete creation.
- Identify opportunities to improve manual processes and drive automation where possible.
- Manage change control processes for data updates (e.g. attribute changes, lifecycle status), maintain version history and documentation of key data decisions.
- Collaborate with demand, supply, and inventory planning teams to define and update planning parameters such as reorder points, product segmentation etc.
- Monitor and resolve data-related issues that impact forecasting, allocation, or inventory optimization; act as the first line of support for planning data inquiries.
- Develop master data quality reports and dashboards to track data quality (accuracy, completeness, latency) and drive continuous improvement.
Reports to: Senior Manager Master Data and Analytics
This position is a full-time employment located in Oslo, Norway.
What we are looking for- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics or related technical field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in master data management.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and governance, ERP experience.
- Solid Excel knowledge. Experience with M3, SAP and/or Anaplan is considered a plus.
- Strong process and systems orientation, with focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Norwegian.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and delivering results.
