As part of a growth journey, we are seeking a Group Project Controller to join the finance organization and work closely with senior stakeholders across the group. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in supporting business-critical decisions, ensuring financial transparency across projects and operations, and helping to establish robust controlling processes in an increasingly complex international environment. The role will have particularly close interaction with, and responsibility for supporting, the manufacturing facilities in Portugal and Norway.

This highly visible position has been created in response to the company's rapid international expansion and increasing complexity across projects, manufacturing operations, and group reporting. You will act as a trusted business partner to commercial and operational teams, supporting tendering activities, project analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and provides the opportunity to help shape the future finance function of a rapidly growing international group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project profitability analysis and business-critical decision-making across the group
  • Partner with sales and operations teams during tendering and commercial evaluation processes
  • Perform project controlling and financial follow-up throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain product costing models and profitability analyses
  • Provide financial insight across the end-to-end value chain, including supply chain and manufacturing operations
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
  • Support group-wide financial reporting requirements
  • Assist in developing controlling structures, performance metrics, and management reporting across international entities
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams in Norway, Portugal, and other international locations
  • Drive process improvements and support the scaling of finance operations during a period of significant growth
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience from project-based businesses
  • Experience in business controlling, project controlling, financial analysis, or commercial finance
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
  • Experience from industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project-driven industries is considered an advantage
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and controlling principles
  • Experience with ERP systems and professional financial reporting tools
  • International experience from multinational organizations is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a highly analytical and intellectually curious finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You combine strong business understanding with attention to detail and have the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. As a person, you are proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You enjoy collaborating across functions and cultures, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a company undergoing extraordinary growth and transformation.

What We Offer
  • A unique opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing industrial businesses
  • A strategic and highly visible role working closely with the Group CFO and executive leadership at global level
  • Exposure to international projects, operations, and decision-making processes
  • The opportunity to influence and shape finance processes in a rapidly expanding organization
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment characterized by growth, ambition, and collaboration
  • Collaboration with highly skilled colleagues across multiple countries
  • International travel and the opportunity to work closely with teams in Norway and Portugal
  • Professional and personal development opportunities within a global industrial group
