The RoleWe are looking for a Pricing Manager who will lead the development and optimization of our pricing strategies, frameworks, and tools. This is a high-impact role with visibility across markets and functions -- ideal for a structured, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives on creating measurable results.
You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.
What You’ll Do-
Own and develop the Glamox Pricing Framework, Policies, and Tools.

Ensure consistent pricing practices across markets and business segments.

Train and support local sales teams in value-based pricing.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Implement and monitor KPIs to track pricing effectiveness.

Support strategic initiatives within the commercial and product domain.

Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or similar.
-
4+ years of experience in strategy, pricing, commercial excellence, or product management.

Proven hands-on pricing experience -- beyond strategy, you know how to execute.

Strong analytical and structured mindset, with great attention to detail.

Excellent communicator and presenter who can inspire change.

Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.

Comfortable working both strategically and operationally.

A high-impact role in a global company.

Hands-on experience in strategy execution and corporate development.
