On behalf of our clients, DB Partner is now hiring Production and Logistics Workers for exciting opportunities in Herøy and Lovund.

You’ll become part of a modern seafood production environment, working with high-quality salmon alongside an international and supportive team.

Your tasks will vary between production and logistics:

• Handling and processing salmon in different production lines
• Slaughtering, filleting, and trimming fish
• Quality control and sorting
• Following strict hygiene and food safety standards

• Preparing goods for shipment
• Picking, packing, and palletizing products
• Loading and unloading goods
• Forklift driving (if certified)
• Supporting efficient warehouse and production flow

Life outside of work

When the workday ends, something special begins:

Who are we looking for?
